Wi-Fi 6

SKY85788-11

The SKY85788-11 is a highly integrated 6 GHz front-end module (FEM) intended for high-power Wi-Fi 6e applications and systems, and is part of the Skyworks line of high efficiency, energy saving ICE technology products.

SKY85336-11 & SKY85752-88A

SKY85336-11 and SKY85752-88A are high efficiency, high power Wi-Fi 6 FEMs and are part of the Skyworks line of high efficiency, energy saving ICE technology products.

SKY85791-11 & SKY85354-11

SKY85791-11 and SKY85354-11 are Mid-Power Wi-Fi 6 FEMs. Their PA output includes a coupler to allow for digital pre-distortion (DPD) in applications. In DPD applications, the coupler is also used in place of the power detector.

Clock Generators

Si5332-AM

Our Si5332-AM clock generators combine a wide-band PLL with proprietary MultiSynth fractional synthesizer technology to offer an any-frequency, any-output versatile and high-performance clock generator platform. The highly flexible device architecture is capable of synthesizing a wide range of integer and non-integer related frequencies, up to 333.33 MHz on up to 8 differential clock outputs, while delivering sub-200 fs rms phase jitter performance with 0 ppm error.

The device includes two independent spread spectrum modulation domains, an I2C interface for in-system programming and user-defined hardware input pins that can be assigned during configuration development as output enable, frequency control, input selection or spread spectrum enablement. Each of the clock outputs can be assigned its own format, enabling the Si5332 to replace multiple oscillators, buffers and/or clock generators with a single device making it a true "clock tree on a chip."

Si86xx digital isolators are the industry’s highest performing, widest channel count series of uni- and bidirectional isolators, supporting up to reinforced 5 kVrms isolation ratings. Based on our patented CMOS isolation technology, Si86xx isolators enable robust operation in harsh industrial applications.

Si88xx

Si88xx integrated products for signal and power isolation are complete isolation solutions, combining high speed digital isolators with an isolated power supply. These products are ideal for applications like industrial automation, programmable logic controllers (PLC), battery management systems, and motor control that require long-term performance.

Si3474/3/2

Our Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) solutions implement the latest IEEE 802.3bt standard to power multi-Ethernet port switches, gateways, and routers. Si3474 powers up to four 802.3bt 4-pair Ethernet ports with 90 W per port and supports thermally efficient 200mΩ current sense resistors. It is fully backwards compatible with 30 W and 15 W devices. The new Si3472 powers up to four 802.3bt 2-pair Ethernet ports with up to 45 W per port. The new Si3473 powers up to eight 802.3bt 2-pair Ethernet ports with up to 45 W per port.  

Si34071

The Si34071 PoE Powered Device (PDs) combines an IEEE 802.3bt interface and a high efficiency DC DC controller into a single IC. Configurable for class 4 – class 8 power, the Si34071 simplifies high power PoE designs for wireless access points, small cells, security cameras, and smart lighting. It supports the key new features of the 802.3bt specification including short maintain power signature (MPS), autoclass, and power demotion.

SKY58260-11 & SKY58109-11

SKY58260-11 & SKY58109-11 are LMH PAMiDs and are part of our Sky5® product portfolio. The SKY58260-11 is developed for 5G / 4G / 3G / LTE / WCDMA / HSDPA / HSUPA applications while SKY58109-11 is developed for 4G LTE and 5G NR applications.

SKY66408

The SKY66408-11 is a high-performance, fully integrated RF front-end module (FEM) designed for Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth (including Low Energy) applications. The SKY66408-11 is designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility. The device provides an integrated inter-stage matching and harmonic filter, and digital controls compatible with 1.6 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels.

SKY68031

The SKY68031-11 is a low-profile, multi-band RF front-end (RFFE) module supporting LTE-M/NB-IoT transceiver platforms. The module integrates the entire RF front end necessary for an LTE multi-band radio operating in low-band (5, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 26, 28, 85) and mid-band (1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 39, 66, 70) frequencies, including broadband PA with bias controller, TX lowpass harmonic filter, antenna switch, and MIPI RFFE controller.

SKY66523

The SKY66523-11 is a 200 MHz instantaneous bandwidth, fully input/output matched 30 dBm power amplifier (PA) with high gain and linearity. The compact 5 × 5 mm PA is designed for 5G NR systems operating from 3550 to 4200 MHz. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

The SKY66520-11 is a 200 MHz wide instantaneous bandwidth, fully input/output matched 30 dBm power amplifier (PA) with high gain, efficiency and linearity. The compact 5 × 5 mm PA is designed for 5G NR and 4G LTE systems operating from 3300 to 3800 MHz. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

GPS / GNSS

SKY55950

SKY55950 is a front-end module (FEM) with an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) and pre-filter and post-filter designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver applications. The SKY55950-11 is optimized to operate at 1559 to 1606 MHz, which makes it ideal for GPS / GLONASS / Galileo / Compass / QZSS radio receiver applications.

SKY55951

The SKY55951-11 front-end module (FEM) features an integrated L1 low-noise amplifier (LNA) and post-filter along with an L5 LNA and post-filter designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver applications. Part of our Sky5® portfolio, the SKY55951-11 provides high gain, low current consumption, and integrated input and output matching for both L1 and L5, all in a compact 2.0 x 1.6 mm package.
